What Is Lipser?
LipSer is a non-invasive, non-injectable treatment to achieve fuller and natural lips with the use of long pulse laser technology. The laser effectively stimulates the collage of the lips to enhance fullness and natural contour. Skin tightening around the mouth can be achieved for reduction of unsightly wrinkles. The end result is a more rejuvenated appearance of lips without the use of injectables or fillers. There is practically zero downtime and you could resume to daily activities immediately after the treatment.

How many treatment will I need?
While some improvement can be seen after a single treatment, it is recommended to have a series of treatment 4 - 6 sessions to maximize the benefits of renewed collagen growth. Maintenance treatment can be performed from time to time (we generally advice 1 treatment per year) for longer-lasting results.
Is it painful?
Numbing cream will be applied for maximum comfort.

About Dr. Lucas Chia
Dr. Lucas Chia received his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery and Bachelor of Obstetrics degrees from Queen’s University of Belfast, UK (2005) under full scholarship. He had undergone extensive training in multiple medical specialties in both UK and Singapore. Dr. Chia’s interest in dermatology led him to train in University of Cardiff, UK where he was awarded a Post Graduate Diploma of Dermatology (2009). Dr. Chia was subsequently conferred the Fellowship of both the Royal College of Physician of Edinburgh (2015) and Glasgow (2019), Scotland, UK. He was also a Clinical Tutor (2009-2011) and Clinical Lecturer (2011-2013) for Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. Dr. Lucas Chia has immense clinical interest in pigmentary disorder, cutaneous laser surgery, non-surgical facial rejuvenation and application of cosmeceuticals for healthy skin.
